We have completed two flip houses in the recent past.  These projects not only help create a new home for our buyers, but also provide improvements to communities and neighborhoods.  We try to maintain the character of the original home while upgrading systems such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical to meet current code requirements.  Remodeling these whole houses have been some of the dreams that have been fulfilled for our customers.  Check out some of our before and after pictures of some truly amazing makeovers.
